Volunteer Facilitator Description

​

• Attend and facilitate bi-weekly sessions

• Utilize approved curriculum

• Track attendance and progress of all scholars in group

• Communicate scholar and parent concerns with executive leadership

• Maintain up-to-date first aid, cultural competency, and safe sanctuary training

• Attend monthly volunteer meetings

• Provide progress reports monthly

• Ability to adequately and calmly handle conflict and potential crises

• Time commitment: 4-10 hours a month
